Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled event may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are generally non-refundable.

Card Payment Refunds

Refunds for card payments may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
